Instructions

In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and cornstarch slurry.

Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

Return beef to the pan and pour in the garlic sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
